Guest Artist Workshops
Milonga Gitanos

Every month, Albany Tango hosts guest artist workshops with tango luminaries followed by Milonga Gitanos, a Argentine Tango dance social open to the public.

This event is normally held on the 2nd Saturday of every month. (November may be 3rd Saturday.)

On February 14, 2026, Andres Bravo and Carolina Balmaceda come to the Capital Region to teach exceptional tango - from fundamentals to advanced level. Join Andres and Carolina for afternoon workshops and our evening Milonga Gitanos.

Afternoon Workshops 

Andres and Carolina invite you to tango workshops to discover the foundations of tango and the application for advanced dancing. Andres and Carolina have over 20 years experience teaching and performing Argentine Tango.  

Milonga Gitanos  Albany Tango’s 2nd Saturday milonga, Milonga Gitanos, presents the greatest dancers from Argentina and throughout the world to perform and guest DJ. Tango with us and enjoy the opportunity to connect with the best tango performers and instructors. This month featuring guest performers and DJ - Andres Bravo and Carolina Balmaceda.

1:45-3:00 Tango: Dynamics/Moves for Small Spaces (Intermed)
